Learn about these and other ‘melting pot' cuisines as Chef Lee travels across America. His book was Charlotte-Mecklenburg Library's selection for its 2024 Community Read theme “Food as a Connector.”

Enjoy a conversation about this theme, then take a docent-led visit to works from various cultures and time periods in the Ancient Americas, Spanish Colonial, Contemporary Native American Ceramics, Arts of Africa, and Portals to the Past galleries that relate to the Chef Lee's stories.
